The project GPLable have been divided into GPLable and GPLabled, two projects with two mission goals: GPLable: released under LGPLv3 GPLable is a Java class library API designed to convert and rasterise any Java swing frame/panel/component and lable it using its builtin pTouch GPLable QL550Driver. The mission of GPLable is to explore the posibilities with Java printer drivers. The aim is to provide a selfsufficent lable-print system suitable for desktop, JavaOS and embedded systems The GPLable API is in early days and can change without notice. GPLabled: released under GPLv3 The mission of GPLabled is to explore creative ways to use lable-print able applications. GPLabled is a collection of lable-print applications that makes use of the GPLable Java class library API. Look at the source of se.zafena.gplabled.demo.UsbQL550GPLable to show the ease how to convert a swing Component into a BufferedImage that can be used with the QL550PrintJob to make a lable. This demo works with QL550 and QL500 pTouch lable printer and uses the GPLable QL550Driver. The exact GPLable sources and jar used to compile GPLabled are allways included with GPLabled in the lib dir! Cheers and have a great day!
